LB’s Pub offers a ‘down home’ country atmosphere that keeps
people coming back.
There has always been a homey country flare to LB’s, the kind of atmosphere where you feel that you are spending the evening at a friends or with family. That friendly atmosphere hasn’t changed over the years and Linda and Pat hope that it will always feel that way. They want you to feel comfortable and
enjoy a good time.
Linda has owned LB’s since May 1987 and it has been a family run business for over 21 years. You can find Pat, Linda, Dion and sometimes, Jade working in the lounge along with several of LB’s courteous staff such as Bonnie, Donna, Karen, Dawndi and Nicole, with Pat and Linda sometimes filliing in when we're packed. You will probably find Kirk (Linda’s brother) or Pat flipping a burger or cooking some of those smokin’ ‘hot’ wings they are famous for.
Linda has supported Live Entertainment for over 21 years at LB’s. and, to carry on that tradition LB’s offer an Open Stage on Tuesday and Thursday nights and on Saturday afternoon from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Then you will be entertained by a live band until 2:00 am.
On TUESDAY Nights Mark and Noel host
Ammar’s Moosehead Open Stage
with weekly featured guests plus Moosehead prizes and beer specials. Every THURSDAY is the LB’s House Band ‘Jammin’ with Fred Larose, Gordon Mathews and Kenny Skoreyko hosting
MGD Open Stage along with any talented musicians in the house willing to get up and belt out some tunes. This evening has been very successful in the past and has seen such famous faces such as Marley Scott, Adam Gregory, Aaron Goodwin, Randy Martin, Stacy Roper, Leah Durelle and many more too numerous to mention. PLUS, on SATUDAY Afternoons Gord Macdonald hosts Molson’s Open Stage
with Molson prizes and beer specials. Join us for these open stage evenings and enjoy some great entertainers. If you have a talent that you want to showcase join in and become a part of the regular scene.
Every FRIDAY and SATURDAY
you will see Live Bands such as Lenny and the Cats, Plain Dealers, Big Hank and Fist Full of Blues, Bobby Cameron, Hey Romeo, Nash Ramblers, Mel Degan along with a host of friends and many other bands from all over Alberta and beyond.
Join us for sporting events throughout the year such as Oiler Hockey or the NHL Playoffs, the Eskimo’s and CFL Football or any of your favorites on our 109” HDTV Screen.
We have five other TV’s throughout the Pub for
your viewing convenience..
Watch for ‘Special Events’ throughout the
yearsuch as: "Ringing in the New Year" with friends at our annual New Year’s Eve Gala, or enjoying an evening of ‘Dress Up’ at our annual "Spooky Halloween Bash" with some of the ghoulish looking characters hanging about. Watch out for the scarry spiders dropping onto the tables courtesy of Pat or some of the staff looking for a laugh. Or come enjoy a break from a long cold winter at a "Beach Party" right dab in the middle of winter.
